Alpha Laminating was established in 1986 as a print finishing company specialising in the lamination of magazine covers, posters, photos, packaging etc.

 

In 2005 the business was sold and continued to run successfully till the 2011 Christchurch earthquake when the Durham St building was badly damaged by liquefaction.

 

Laminating and Digital Ltd was purchased in 2013 and the best parts of the two businesses were combined to form Alpha Lamspecs Ltd.
